Return/Refund Policy
1. Product changes and additions due to customer convenience
Once an order has been completed (sales contract established), it is not possible to change or add products for customer convenience. Also, if you place an order in two or more installments, the products cannot be shipped together in a single delivery.
2. Cancellation due to customer convenience
Cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been completed (sales contract established) are not permitted for any order, except in cases specifically permitted by our company.
3. Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
Returns and exchanges cannot be made for reasons of customer convenience, except for defective products or incorrectly shipped products.
However, for apparel items that come in various sizes, exchanges are permitted only once if the size is incorrect.
Please be sure to send us an email requesting a size exchange, and we will contact you before shipping the product. Once it arrives, we will inspect it and exchange it if there are no problems.
Also, if the desired size of the product is not in stock, it may not be possible to exchange it.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Exchanges will not be accepted if the following conditions are not met:
① You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a size exchange.
② Good quality product with no tears, holes, loose threads, scratches, damage, discoloration, stains, etc., in the same condition as when it was shipped.
③Return and shipping costs (round trip) will be borne by the customer.
4. Product exchange due to initial defects We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is different from the product you ordered or has any defects such as damage, please contact us via the "Inquiry" form or info@g-ride.jp within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly provide you with information on how to return or exchange the product.
*If the product is returned due to a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please send it to us cash on delivery after we send you the instructions.
In the following cases, we will not accept any claims, including returns, even if the product is defective.

・If you return the product without contacting us in advance
・If the ordered product is different from the user's subjective intention or expectation.
・The product photos and illustrations posted on this shop may differ in color and shape due to the characteristics of the product.

5. If you are unable to receive your product
In the case of specified address collection, if the product is not received by the customer within seven days of delivery to the specified address, it will be considered returned.
The customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping, returning, storing, etc. Please note that for non-returnable products such as food or sale items, we will dispose of them at our company, and therefore we will not refund the product price.
