Shipping Terms

1. Shipping Fee: A separate shipping fee is required in addition to the product price.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the product, as follows:
Domestic shipping rates nationwide: 60cm size: 700 yen, 80cm size: 900 yen, 100cm size: 1100 yen, 120cm size: 1400 yen. *Please inquire about international shipping.

2. Product Delivery: Products will be shipped within 7 business days of your order.


3. If you are unable to receive the product: If the product is not received within 7 days of being delivered to the designated delivery address due to reasons attributable to the customer, it will be considered returned.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping, returning, and storing the goods. Please note that for sale items and other non-returnable items, we will dispose of them and will not issue a refund.

■Notes: Orders placed during or around long holidays such as the New Year and summer holidays may take longer than usual to process.
*Please note that delivery dates may be delayed due to deliveries to remote islands, unforeseen problems, or delivery congestion.
*A delivery slip will not be included with your order. Please check the details in the "Order Shipment Confirmation Email" that will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
